The following Cocktail Menu provides choices with Hot, Cold and Dessert Selections.
Selections are priced per dozen with Gourmet Presentations priced per item.
The amount of food needed depends on the cause for reception and the guests you are inviting. 
As a suggestion, 1.5 – 2 pieces per person per selection, with 3 hot and 3 cold selections 
and perhaps a Gourmet Presentations to start.

This number would depend on your service intention;
Meal or Snack, Open House, Come and Go, Wine and Cheese Function or an Art Gallery Showing.

Hot Selections  $22 per dozen

Quiches  your choice;  
Sauteed Leek and Bacon, Trio of Caramelized Onion, Spinach and Stilton,
Tomato and Herb, Corn and Red Pepper with Dijion Mustard 


 Phyllo  Pastry Items 
 Spanikopeda, with spinach, feta and onions 
Grilled vegetables and cream cheese 


  Beef Meatballs: 
a mixture of lean ground beef shaped into balls and baked with your
choice of sauce; 
Sweet and Sour, Honey Garlic,
Sweedish Style: with creamy mushroom gravy 
Tomato Marinara: a rich blend of herbs and garlic in tomato sauce


Ciabatta Pizza Bites:
Triangles of Ciabatta bread sliced and topped with your choice of:
Herb Pesto with Shrimp and Red Onions
Spinach, Tomato and Gruyere Cheese 
Salami and Provolone 
Mushroom and Pepperoni 



Mussles by the Pound,
steamed and garnished with your choice: 
Fennel and Orange, Tomato and Tarragon, Leeks and Pernod.

filled with diced salami, onions, tomato, and melted with cheddar.

Prosciutto  wrapped field greens,
small bundles of spring mix lettuce wrapped with shaved prosciutto with choice of vinaigrette

Peppered Salami Cone
with Gherkin on toasted rounds with Gorgonzola cheese spread 

Wedges of Brie and Strawberry,
wedges of brie on kiwi rounds with strawberry slice garnish on top

Belgian Endive
leaf filled with herb goat cheese and dollop of red pepper jelly

Straight Shrimp Skewers,
blanched in lemon white wine broth and served chilled with side cocktail sauce

Chardonnay Poached Shrimp
on cucumber slice, with dollop of tomato seafood sauce

Prosciutto  wrapped Melon,
honeydew, cantaloupe wedges wrapped with prosciutto and skewered with a melon ball toothpick

Herb Chicken Breast
sliced topped with tropical fruit salsa on toasted rounds

Pinwheels of Vegetables:
grilled eggplant, zucchini, bell peppers layered with herb goat cheese, rolled and sliced pinwheel on toasted rounds

Hoi Sin Chicken,
thigh pieces topped with julienne vegetable garnish inside a single butter leaf cup

Shrimp and Lime Margaritas,
shrimp mixed with diced avocado, tomato, red onion with a twist of lime and tequila,
served in special glass ware

Baby bok choy filled with Portobello mushroom, baby carrot, red pepper and tied with a strand of leek

succulent crab salad mixture filled in a tomato rose

Portobello Wedges
Trio of sautéed mushrooms filled inside a Portobello mushroom and baked with havarti cheese
cut into wedges and served with red pepper jelly. 

Brie and Phyllo pastry,
wedges of brie wrapped with phyllo dough, baked and served with Cumberland sauce

Pork Tenderloin Skewers
sliced pork medalions on a stick with a bell pepper and yogurt herb sauce on the side

Tandoori Chicken Skewers,
slices of chicken breast threaded on a stick with Tandoori marinade and served with coriander yogurt sauce 

Coconut Prawns,
large shrimps coated in panko bread crumbs with coconut and served with a complimentary pineapple mint sauce

Sirloin Beef Satay Skewers,
tender strips on beef marinated satay style served with side of mango sauce

Citrus Salmon,
zigzag threaded on a skewer and served with ginger lime mayonnaise.

Seafood Turnovers,
a selection of seafood inside a puff pasty turnover.

crispy grilled tortilla shells filled with your choice: 
Hoi Sin Chicken: julienne vegetable, ginger and spicy havarti cheese
Spicy Chicken: with sauteed mushrooms, bacon and mozza
CG Marinated beef strips with tomato, peppers, red onion and provolone cheese
