Parsnip and Apple Puree Soup $5A puree of butternut squash and Cortland apples, finished with apple cider from Noggins Farm Market. This soup is packaged in a small 500ml container. Enough we think for 1 person. Blue Barn Chicken Soup with Tap Root Vegetables and Noodles $5Whole roasted Blue Barn Chicken with carrots and celery root. Chicken meat taken off and created a flavourful broth from the bones. This soup was finished with leeks, bell peppers, onions and noodles. Perfect for cold winter evenings ahead. This soup is packaged in a small 500ml container. Enough we think for 1 person. Chicken Stirfry with Tap Root Vegetables and Rice $16Chicken breast whole roasted from Blue Barn Farms and thinly sliced and mixed with stir fried vegetables; broccoli, bell peppers and carrots. On a bed of steamed rice and ladled with fresh Asian Ginger soy sauce. This Package we think is enough for 2 people. Thaw overnight and Stir Fry yourself in your own wok! Dinner is Done. Sheppard's Pie with Sweet Potato Topping $12Blue Barn Farms ground beef in a rich gravy with fresh herbs. Combined with roasted vegetables; kohlrabi, celery root, carrots and onions, finished with sweet potato topping. Perfect to reheat in the oven. Chicken A la King with Penne Noodles $16Whole Roasted Chicken from Blue Barn Farms with the bones to make a flavourful gravy finished with cream. Combined with organic carrots, leeks and onions and ladled on top of penne noodles. Settle in like a King for a cold winters night, with Chicken A la King! Curry Cod with Golden Beets and Leeks on Steamed Rice $18Evan's Fresh Seafood's cod steamed in a light curry broth. This broth then used to blanch leeks and then combined with an underlay of coconut milk. Served with golden beets and on a bed of rice making this dish, Gourmet Express! Cortland Apple Crisp $5Cortland apples thinly sliced and combined with butter, cinnamon and brown sugar, baked halfway in the oven and portioned into our containers. A fresh mixture of oats, flour, sugar and butter create the topping for this apple crisp. Thaw or bake from frozen and serve with ice cream or hot tea!
