Blue Barn Chicken Soup with Tap Root Vegetables and Noodles $5 Whole roasted Blue Barn Chicken with carrots and celery root. Chicken meat taken off and created a flavourful broth from the bones.This soup was finished with leeks, bell peppers, onions and noodles. Perfect for cold winter evenings ahead. This soup is packaged in a small 500ml container. Enough we think for 1 person. Pulled Pork Stew with Puff Pastry Topping $14A Portion of 2. Pork shoulder slowly cooked and pulled apart and mixed with celery, carrots and potatoes. A savoury and spicy broth was made from the drippings and was combined into the stew. Blue Barn Beef Stew with Tap Root Vegetables $16A portion of 2. Beef rump roast slowly cooked with organic carrots, kohlrabi and potatoes and combined with a jus made from the drippings. Evan's Seafood Haddock and Saffron Leek Lasagne $18A Portion of 2 Haddock from Evans Fresh Seafood slowly poached in a lime court bouillon. This poaching liquid (court bouillon) then flavoured with saffron and mixed with Tap Root Farms Leeks. All Layered with handmade lasagna noodles, and finished with grated Havarti and Mozzarella cheese ready for baking. Beef Lasagne $18A Portion of 2 Seasoned ground beef mixed with a flavourful herb tomato sauce, layered with spinach and ricotta, handmade lasagne noodles and finished with cheese ready for baking.
