FRESH     SELECTIONS

Local Lobster Bisque     $5

Local Lobster shells boiled to make a flavourful broth and finished with, tomato, brandy, vegetable mirepoix, and evaporated milk. 

This soup is packaged in a small 500ml container.  Enough we think for 1 person.

Try this soup as a sauce base for pasta!  You be the Chef tonight!

Sweet Potato Soup     $5

A puree of roasted sweet potato soup with an underlay of Acadian Maple. 

This soup is packaged in a small 500ml container.  Enough we think for 1 person.

Garrison Brown Beer Beef Ribs

Oultons Farm Beef Ribs braised in a Rich Garrison Brown Beer Sauce.

Cold Chicken Salad with Kale

Pieces of Roasted Blue Barn Chicken with Kale, N.S Tomatoes, Hug your Nanny Goat Feta tossed in a Red Wine vinaigrette.

Perfect for a light lunch to bring to the office. 

Finish off with a sourdough roll from Juliens Bakery or a loaf of bread from the Cake Lady!


Roasted Pork Loin with Cortland Apples

Thinly sliced Pork Loin roasted with Cortland Apples served with a Red Wine Sauce.

Sweet Potato and Kale Cakes

A savoury patty made from roasted sweet potato, russet potatoes and kale. 

Seasoned nicely and pan fried ready for you to reheat for tonight's meal!


Waldorf Salad

A classic salad with thinly sliced Celery Root combined with Organic Yogurt, Cortland Apples and Walnut Pieces.

Potato and Leek Lasagne

A small portion to accompany your meal tonight.  Layers of russet potato and leeks with sprinkles of mozzarella.

FROZEN     SELECTIONS

Turnip Honey Soup     $5

A pureed blend of Turnips balanced with Cosman and Whidden NS Honey. 

This soup is packaged in a small 500ml container.  Enough we think for 1 person.



Parsnip and Apple Puree Soup    $5

A puree of parsnips and Cortland apples from Noggins Farm Market.
This soup is packaged in a small 500ml container.  Enough we think for 1 person.

Blue Barn Chicken Soup with Tap Root Vegetables and Noodles    $5

Whole roasted Blue Barn Chicken with carrots and celery root.  Chicken meat taken off and created a flavourful broth from the bones.

This soup was finished with leeks, bell peppers, onions and noodles.

Perfect for cold winter evenings ahead.
This soup is packaged in a small 500ml container.  Enough we think for 1 person.

Pot Pies filled with your Choice Beef or Chicken     $6

4 inch pie made with fresh savoury pie pastry and filled with your choice of Chicken or Beef Stew finished with carrots, potatoes, onions and seasonings.

Pop this in the oven and eat as a quick single portion. 

Maybe good for a teenager before their activity tonight!

Beef Lasagne     $15

4 layers of homemade pasta with a rich tomato meat sauce and mozzarella.

This package is full and is good for 2 portions!  

Chicken A la King with Penne Noodles     $16

Whole Roasted Chicken with the bones to make a flavourful gravy finished with cream.  Combined with organic carrots, leeks and onions and ladled on top of rice or penne noodles.

Settle in like a King for a cold winters night, with Chicken A la King!

Beef Stroganoff with Noodles     $18

Roasted Beef from Oulton's Farm with carrots and all thinly sliced and tossed in a flavourful sauce with paprika, sautéed mushrooms and onions and finished with sour cream. 
This Package we think is enough for 2 people. 
Thaw overnight and reheat using your preference; microwave, stove top or in the oven. 
Try reheating from frozen in a crock pot, so Dinner is Done when you get home!

Cortland Apple Crisp     $5

Cortland apples thinly sliced and combined with butter, cinnamon and brown sugar, baked halfway in the oven and portioned into our containers. 

A fresh mixture of oats, flour, sugar and butter create the topping for this apple crisp. 

 Thaw or bake from frozen and serve with ice cream or hot tea!
