Sweet Potato Soup $5 A puree of roasted sweet potato soup with an underlay of Acadian Maple. Turnip Honey Soup $5 A pureed blend of Turnips balanced with Cosman and Whidden NS Honey. Parsnip and Apple Puree Soup $5 A puree of parsnips and Cortland apples from Noggins Farm Market. Chicken Alfredo Lasagne $16 2/portion Blue Barn Roasted Chicken and Webber Hungarian Sausage combined inside a creamy cheesy sauce layered between homemade whole wheat pasta noodles and sprinkled with Mozzarella for baking. Haddock Lasagne $18 2/portion Evans Fresh Seafoods Haddock poached lightly in a saffron broth. Tap Roots Farms leeks also blanched in the same broth. This broth is then reduced and lightly thickened and combined back with the Haddock and Leaks. Layered and sprinkled with Havarti Cheese for baking.
